"The Channel Islands Ice Center is jointly operated by the Channel Islands Figure Skating Club and Channel Islands Riptide Hockey Club.  The rink is overseen by the Rink Operations Committee, which is comprised of both Clubs.  The Committee meets on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month at 6:30pm in the conference room of the Channel Islands Ice Center, which is open to the public."
